* Pre-launch ads can mention your brand's indication or your brand name, but not both.

* In journal ads, the size of your brand's generic should be half the size of the logo.

* Efficacy and safety data should be presented with equal weight and prominence.

* Brief summary and full PI information should appear in type size no less than 6 points.
